High Caliber’s 23 Hour Rush program offers quick economical production of some of the hottest items in the catalog.

What is Free?
High Caliber will upgrade shipping for free to meet an in hands date if the company fails to ship within 23 hrs of receiving a complete order with all approvals necessary to produce.

Buyer has to have all approvals, credit and art, approved AND confirmed in order to qualify. If there are any paper proofs, preproduction samples or credit delays, the 23 hour production time begins upon approval. HCL does not have Early AM service therefore this service is excluded from this program.

Requirements:

Orders must state: ”23 or Free Rush” in larger clear type on the order.
Orders must be received by 4pm PST in order to be shipped out the following business day. Orders must be complete including all shipping information. Credit must be pre-approved or credit card info should be provided.

Artwork must be vector art and emailed to 23rush@highcaliberline.com. The email must have the purchase order number in the subject line as well as the distributor name, phone and all contact info in the body of e-mail.


Catalog quantities only. Call for quotes on additional quantities. One color/one location imprints only. Call for productions times on multiple colors or location imprints.

Maximum of 3 drop ships.

The factory reserves the right to change carriers to meet an in hands date on the purchase order and invoice customer accordingly for the shipping, even when it is requested to bill on a 3rd party account.
