Bands feature convenient resistance levels stamped onto the TPE. Each band is 12 inches long when laid flat and can be easily store in the accompanying pouch: great for traveling. Imprinting on polyester pouch only. Resistance Strength of each Color Band: Green: 5 lbs, Blue: 10 lbs, Yellow: 15 lbs, Red: 20 lbs, Black: 25 lbs.
