Get a great workout by utilizing these bands, which give you different results based on their varying thicknesses. Manufactured out of durable TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Bands feature convenient resistance levels stamped onto the TPE. Each band is 12 inches long when laid flat and can be easily store in the accompanying pouch: great for traveling. Imprinting on polyester pouch only. Resistance Strength of each Color Band: Green: 5 lbs, Blue: 10 lbs, Yellow: 15 lbs, Red: 20 lbs, Black: 25 lbs.
